What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 1:00 p.m. CST, and Check-out is at 12 noon CST.  Please give us a call or send us an email if you will be arriving after dark and need assistance locating your site and/or backing into your site. We will be glad to meet you at the campground to assist.  If you arrive during business ours, our office is located at Site No. 1, directly across of our main entrance.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not give refunds for cancellations or early departures. Please call us directly to reserve so that we may block your site without creating a reservation. If your plans change, we can make modifications without costs to you or us.  If your plans are definite/firm, feel free to book online if you prefer.

What is your policy for pets?

We love pets! There are no additional fees owed if your pets camp with you. We do ask that pets are taken into the woods beyond the walking trail to do their business. Please pick up and dispose of any  poo near your campsite.

Are you a full-hookup campground?

Yes! Sewer and water is available at each site. We do not have a dump station at our campground.

What type of electrical supply is available?

Each site offers 50 amp electrical service. If your unit uses only 30 amps, a 50M/30F adapter will be needed to lower the supply from 50 amps to 30 amps.  If you do not have an adapter, we loan these to our campers upon payment of a $25.00 security deposit.  This security deposit is 100% refundable when you return the adapter to us.

Do you give any discounts?

No, unfortunately, we do not give discounts. We try to provide the lowest prices possible so we are unable to discount further.

Do you have a laundry mat or a bath house and showers on-site?

Yes. The bathrooms/showers are located on the back side of the office, and the laundry is on the north end of the office.  You must have codes to enter these rooms, and the codes are texted and/or emailed to you at the time of your reservation.

Do you sell ice or other supplies?

No, we do not currently sell any supplies. Bagged ice and snacks are available 1 mile South of the campground at the Ole Corner Store.  They also offer fresh cut meats, salads, and sandwiches and offer breakfast and plate lunches Monday-Friday.  Call 662-294-0835 with questions or for the daily lunch menu.  Groceries are sold at the nearby Dollar General on Papermill Road and at our local grocery stores, Spain's, Grocery Basket, and Wal-Mart.

Can we scavenge for firewood?

Absolutely! Fallen sticks and limbs can be collected from the land surrounding the campground. Please do not cut any limbs or trees but you may pick up what has fallen. Do not go beyond Purdie Creek  on any side of the campground as this land is off-limits to all campers.

Is there a church nearby?

Friendship Baptist Church is 1 mile south of our campground at the end of Geeslin Road.  Your are invited to attend services on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings. Please check the website for times and activities.
